Shipping policy

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

All orders are generally processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. This does not include holidays, sales or weekends. 

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Please note that due to COVID-19, some orders may take up to 7 days to ship. Deliveries are typically 7-14 business days, but may take longer than usual in the event an item is on backorder. Please be sure to click on the "Track Shipment" link in the email so that you can receive updated shipping information. 

Racheal's Online Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages.
